The spring months are slowly approaching, so the golf season is starting soon. After my 2 weeks at Q´school in Spain in early January, I put the golf clubs away for a bit to fully concentrate on conditional training with my conditional trainer Adriana Miseje. We started with cardio workouts and later added pilates and excercises on reformer to build neccessary muscle. Since flexibility is trully important, we did a lot of stretching and rotation excercises.
Sure enough, I spent a lot of time snowboarding which is the right receipt for me to relax and have a good cardio workout as well. I am still a golfer and therefore very eager to get back out there. I am starting to pick up the clubs these days and I am looking forward to a trip with our national team in early march to Belek, Turkey. I´m looking forward to working with coaches Gary Alliss and Dodo Sotak to pass on my golf knowledge onto the youngsters. After Turkey, I will be home for 2 days before heading to the US to see my coach Skip Malek and spent a month working on my game and getting ready for the season.
My first tournament the Ladies Euro Cup will take place in late April in Spain. All the other tournaments on SAS Masters Tour, as well as in Europe and in Czech Republic will start in May. I am excited about the season!
